FEAST EXPERIENCE
A genuine food adventure for two. Feast in the paddock, overlooking the farm, enjoy multiple courses showcasing the delicacies of the pig, matched with boutique Tasmanian wine, beer and cider all hosted by the producers. CHARCUTERIE PACK
Charcuterie... cold cooked, cured, or smoked meats; so, technically speaking, a charcuterie board is just an amazing meat platter. So, wow your loved one’s this festive season with Tasmania’s only all-natural charcuterie. The pack includes everything you need to make the perfect platter for approximately four people; ingredients (pate, terrine, 200g of cured meats, crackers, cheese, condiments), plus pairing ideas and tips for assembling. $70 |
