Using only ethically raised and grown meats, our processes and products are curated to bring out the best in every cut of the animal. Whether it's hot smoked bacon or the humble jowl - each element is important and out of respect the animal, we give the whole beast the time and respect it deserves.
 
Our small-batch artisan cured and products represent a full range of styles and flavours with a Tassie twist.

We have preserved the bounty of our kitchen garden to provide balance to the rich flavours of our charcuterie and accompany our meats.
 
Everything can be enhanced with a really good condiment.

THE PACKAGING

We keep our packaging simple and have selected the most innovative & sustainable materials on the market to reduce our carbon footprint, waste and avoid fossil fuels.

Our meat is vacuum packed in certified home compostable pouches, 
we use returnable, reusable glass jars for our potted range and compostable labels on everything.

We're still a way off from being perfect - but we're working to get there.

Econic Packaging is made from a combination of compostable films derived from sustainably-managed renewable resources and has been internationally certified to the European and American commercial compostability standards (EN 13432 and ASTM6400) and either the European or Australian home compostable standards: OK Compost Home or AS5810.

Grounded Packaging's compostable vacuum pouches are made using renewable Plantcell technology. They break down into healthy compost leaving no microplastics and conform to all major compost certifications including OK Compost Home and AS5810.
