All our hams are made by us, traditionally cured & apple wood smoked on the bone for 8 hours, using our forkin' tasty Berkshire pork. We don't use any nitrates/nitrites, artificial smoke flavours or water injections... this all comes together to create a more robust flavour and texture that is sure to have you coming back for more.
