THE MEATSHED
In May 2019, our on-farm processing facility became a reality. After transforming an existing farm shed into a kitchen, butchery and curing room, we aptly named it `The Meatshed'.
Our passion for ethical, local produce with provenance is absolutely key to what we stand for... so if we don't grow or raise it ourselves you can be assured that we have sourced it from producers who respect both the land and the livestock.
The Meatshed includes a boutique farmshop featuring our forkin' tasty pork, meat & charcuterie as well as a range of local Tassie produce.
